Back in force push is straightend now. Right now I'm not doing the bh slashes and stuff. I was going to make it so that if a player used a certain saber then they would use the SA stance and the staff fighting style.
If we did replace one of the blue or red styles with bh animations it would still clash with the regular saber animations. All 5 of the single saber styles use the same run, walk, jump, crouch, etc animations. So the best way to overwrite a style would be to replace the duals or staff stances since they have seperate animations. Another bad thing is the run back animation is the same for everything: singles, duals, staff, guns and everything else. So I need to make a new run back that accomadates all these things together.
There may be a way to specify animations to only certain characters. On the filefront forums, in the TFU thread, around page 24-26 or so, N-7 posted a way to specify animations for only certain player models by using a hex editor. I've never done that but he said it works for him in sp. I plan to test this out in the future for myself, and if it works then that could be a big help for us.
Also, is there a staff stance you want me to do or just leave the default?
