Thank god I don't delete my models. I'm going to PM you the link now, Ashura.
PS: I've got Milkshape, too, but haven't actually worked with it. So a quick explanation on how to reduce polys/verts won't be bad, because it'll be a bit annoying to ask for help for every 2nd or 3rd model I make.

it'spretty easy look at the models stats in milkshape (tools>model statistic) note te triangle/faces umber
then use the directX tool (tools>DirectX mesh tools)

then set the triangles number (the slider bar) to the number of triangles yourmodel has once you did this reduce the facecount BUT dont reduce it to much the model will look raped if you do

Yes, I did. It had no poly/vert problems. But I think your question was unnessessery, because if there were any problems, I would've told about them in here.

just to know cause i really liked the rahm kota saber and since the rahm kota model is being weighed then it would be awsome to have it for the model.

and for revan i reduced polies to 2002 hope its not too much if it is il reduce again biggrin

Well, actually, the game doesn't count the polies, but the verts and they have to be no more than 1000.
