Why not just let the player decide if they want to run or not by choosing "always run" in the options menu?
Yes I, or you could switch the run and walk animations.
Yes we could then set the run speed and walk speed, at least walk speed (I'm uncertain of run speed) in an npc file. I hated having to walk every where as Vader in the TFU demo. It was boring and too slow for me. If others want it then they can either use a toggable bind to switch between walking or running, or change it in the options menu.
Secondly, if we flip the run and walk animations we will have to do that with all the runs and walks. Including the guns and other saber styles. More work then it is worth IMO.
